Shirley has never broken her arm during Garbage's time together. If she has she's NEVER mentioned it. Steve broke his wrist in 1999, the day before the Amsterdam Tibetan Freedom Concert and the day they were shooting the Big Daddy WIGU video. Is that what you are thinking of?

Yes, I ve known about the breast after I made that comment . But also on Absolutegarbage booklet she said that someone had an arm broken . Is that right?

Shirley had a biopsy on her breast done that month. She didn't tell any fans until much later. The throat surgery and Butch's hepatitis were in 2003 and 2001 respectively

wouldnt surprise me if amy lee know this song... the piano sounds like "my immortal" by evanscence, so those latter may have been inspired by garbage and shirley who knows...
