tried bath salts after hearin the hype about that, saw no difference- only tried it once =) tried cortisones but dont like using them because they thin the skin & discolour it =( Anyone found something for the lichenification left behind coz tryin to get rid of that..tried alot of creams but none of them have worked wonders. My eczemas more just really dry skin atm so not suffering too much..but have had the weeping skin & infection in the past & scaly skin so that was my experience :D hate it!

eczema ruins lives! *sigh* so lived with it for over half my life.i tried freederm HC n it didnt work, didnt even make the slightest difference. Iv used E45 its good but doesnt clear my eczema up,just moisturizes. Also using eucerin, works on keeping my face well moisturized but not on the body but everones different. My diet - is real bad i admit but have had a blood test before and didnt find any allergies or anything food related that causes my eczema.

I think I'll try that coconut oil again. It worked for me, but I stopped..idk why. Steroids I just can't do.

put ice on the itch. it works for me or hit it instead of scratching on it.

No alcohol, limited amounts of spicy foods, dairy and wheat. Lots of leafy vegetables, coloured vegetables(Squash, pumpkin, carrots), fruits and protein(Fish protein is best because of the oils).
