well it really depends on what kind of acne you have, if you have severe acne then nothing will probably work (fast) now severe acne doesnt mean you have a ton of acne, severe acne could just be a few blemishes that are always there and never go away, so dont think you dont have acne that needs your dermatologists attention just because you dont have "a lot" of acne, the zeno is for moderate acne problems that everyone gets

this is for like one annoying spot. If you have acne all over i suggest a clean and clear pad. I dont have acne anymore because of it and i use this for bad spots.
