I've been to 2 dermatologists, 2 regular doctors, and a homeopathic Dr. Nothing seems to help. I've tried steroid creams,a laser resurfacing, various cleaners and moisturizers, pro-activ, pills and supplements, vitamins, juiced veggies and fruit, and tried drinking more water. My mother has a food allergy to wheat, and I've tried going on an elimination diet for at least 10 days at a time for both wheat and dairy with no differences, though I've never actually been tested. Please help Me!! Thanks

Please help me. Around the time of puberty I started developing chronic dandruff. No shampoo's or steroids seemed to make it go away. A couple of years after that (I was about 17) I developed a sudden "rash" like appearance on my cheeks. Didn't usually itch, but looked horrible. The folds of my nose would itch and flake though. I don't really get much acne at all, and I'm almost 22 years old now. I haven't had dandruff for several months but have never gotten my complexion to be clear.

A friend of mine has discovered a botanical-based skin care line called Arbonne that has cleared eczema (she's had eczema on her hands since she was a baby). And she's posted a list of recommended products that have had incredible results for eczema/psoriasis/skin sensitivities.

I find stress did it for me.. I'm not sure if this is true. But coconut oil could help for people...Real unrefined, organic coconut oil as a really good moisturizer. Perhaps even a very high quality emollient? I had eczema for 5 months...the source of my stress went away and I have no more eczema now!

Eczema is caused by so many factors it is so hard to pinpoint exactly what causes it. But I do know, that for a whole year last year, I ate completely healthy - no caffeine, fast food and junk food was rare and my skin was beautiful. This year, my diet has gone off track and my skin is going nutzo. But I also have a lot of stress so this unfortunately makes it worse. Thanks for the vid!

He talks sense. I did the Atkins Diet, yes, I lost weight, but my eczema disappeared. It came back a bit, only on my hands and wrists, so I heard about a drug called toctino in the UK. I researched it, it is a part of Vitamin A. I have been taking 4 times normal dose for 4 days and have a cure! Beware if you try this that Vit A is damaging to fetuses, and overdose can be toxic. Let me know if it works for you.
